Ingredients:
Meatloaf:
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
2 pounds lean hamburger
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Sauce:
½ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a large loaf pan with nonstick spray.
Step 2: Place all of the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl
Step 3: Mix with spoons or hands until fully combined.
Step 4: Shape into a loaf and place into a well-greased loaf pan
Step 5: Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a small saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 6: Pour half of the sauce over the meatloaf.
Step 7: Place pan in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 8: Remove from the oven and add the rest of the sauce. Then return to the oven and bake for another 45 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 160°F.
Step 9: Remove from the oven and let it rest a bit before slicing.
