No Rise Protein Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

  • (1:1 Ratio of Greek yogurt and all purpose flour is needed)
  • Small Pizza: ¾ cup of each
  • Medium Pizza: 1 Cup of each
  • Large pizza: 1.5 cup of each

Instructions:

  • Step 1: 1.\tFor a standard large pizza, mix 1.5 cups of all purpose flour and 1.5 cups of Greek yogurt (recommend 2% M.F) in a mixing bowl and combine until a ball is formed.
  • Step 2: 2.\tAdd your favorite toppings (I recommend pre-cooking vegetables before you put the pizza in the oven as excess water will make the pizza soggy)
  • Step 3: 3.\tBake at 375 for around 20-25 minutes, or simply wait until cheese is thoroughly melted and the bottom of the pizza has developed a golden brown crust.
